Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I immediately tint my windshield?
No. To understand this, we need to keep in mind that the glue is still not fully dry. You need to wait 7-10 days before you have tint applied. Applied pressure from the inside of the glass will cause a water or air leak by creating a gap in-between the urethane adhesive, the windshield and the body of the car.
  • How long do i have to wait for a car wash?
Your windshield is held in by a urethane adhesive, which is basically a glue made to bond the windshield to the body of the car, also known as the pinchweld. Please allow 24-48 hrs before pressure washing and applying pressure to the windshield to avoid water leaks and air leaks. *Rain is fine*
